Complimentary Parking
One complimentary parking space per room. Additional parking is available adjacent to the hotel for a minimal daily fee.See additional parking information at the bottom of this page

Age Restriction
The Meridian Plaza requires all guests be at least 25 years of age to check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival date between Memorial Day and Labor Day and 48 hours prior to arrival date the remainder of the year. Reservations cancelled inside of the 72 or 48 hour time frame will be billed for the first night''s room and tax. There is a 25.00 fee to cancel or change a reservation.
Credit Card Policy & Damage Deposit
The Meridian Plaza Hotel accepts all major credit cards.
There will be a 100.00 hold on your card at check in as a damage deposit and will be released at check out unless there are damages. If you do not use a credit card and pay with cash or travelers checks you will be required to pay a 100.00 security deposit that will be refunded at the end of your stay providing there is no damages.
Check-in / Check-out Time
Check-in time is at 3 p.m., and check out time is at 11:00 a.m. If late checkout is requested, there may be an additional fee. Early check-in time will be extended with no extra fee when available.
Guarantee Policy
We cannot guarantee any room number or location, although we make every effort to grant special requests.
Pet Policy
The Meridian Plaza Hotel does not allow pets.


Smoking Policy
Our hotel is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking in only permitted on the grounds away from the building and pool area.There is a 200.00 fine if the smoking rules are violated.

Parking

We provide 1 parking space per unit. There is a 6 ' height restriction in our parking deck, therefore we can not guarantee parking for high profile vehicles. There is pay city parking adjacent to our parking deck that can accomidate high profile vehicles and trailers. Motorcycles and trailers are prohibited from parking on Meridian Plaza property at all times but are welcome to park in the public parking lost adjacent to our parking deck.
