MONTHLY SPECIAL: Take advantage of our consecutive monthly specials for March. Stay February and March save $100.00 on your March rent = $1195. OF and $1145.00 OV.
Stay January, February, & March and save $200.00 on March rental =$1095. OF and $1045 OV.
Only a limited number of units are available at the monthly rates. Rates are from the 1st of each month through the last day of the month regardless of arrival or departure date. Additional nights will be at a special rate for monthly guests at 20% off regular rate or $49.00 per night, whichever is greater. Prorated months are not available. Guest is responsible for excess electricity over $65.00.
Monthly rates include weekly service, which consists of a linen change and trash removal. Please have all personal items off the beds on your schedule linen change day.
Any excessive trash removal, washing dishes, sweeping, moping, cleaning of the bathrooms, balcony window washing is the responsibility of the guest during the stay.
There is a 250.00 holding deposit that is non-refundable if you cancel within 3 months of arrival. If you cancel before the 3 month deadline all monies will be refunded back to you minus a 50.00 cancellation fee.
